基于fluent的混流式水轮机稳定性分析

摘    要:基于水力发电机组增容改造的要求,创建混流式水轮机三维几何模型,并基于CFD方法,对小流量、额定流量和新设计流量三种工况以及相对应的三种导叶开度,进行水轮机全流道数值仿真,结果表明现有机组可以满足新设计流量要求,但是在偏离工况下有脱流现象。

Abstract:Based on the uprating and refurbishing requirements of hydraulic power units,the model of Francis turbine is created,and the numerical simulation is doing under the conditions of small flow,rated flow and new design flow as well as corresponding to the three guide vanes.The result shows that the unit is fit for the new requirements of design flow,but drifted off the new design flow the stalling is existed.
