| 摘 要： | 完成了家蚕对浓核症病毒中国(镇江)株不感受性基因(nsd—Z)的连锁分析。杂交实验表明nsd—Z基因同第15连锁群16.9处的腹白卵(Se)连锁。即nsd—Z基因位于第15连锁群。

| Abstract: | Linkage anlysis of the nonsusceptible gene (nsd-Z) to the densonucleosis virus was carried out in this experiment. Mating test revealed that nsd-Z gene was linked with whit-sided egg ( Se ) which is mapped at 16.9 position on the 15th linkage group. Hence, nsd-Z gene is located on the 15th linkage group. |
