摘    要:高校图书馆是学校教育工作的重要阵地之一,流通部在高校图书馆中处于十分重要的地位,为更好地服务读者,流通部的工作人员必须创新思维,改变服务模式,提高服务质量,采取的具体措施包括3个方面:优化硬件环境、优化软件环境和创新服务模式。

Abstract:University Library is an important position of school education;circulation department is a very important role in the university library.To better serve our readers,Circulation Department staff must innovate thinking,change service mode,improve service quality and take concrete measures in three areas: optimizing of the hardware environment,optimizing the software environment and innovating service models.
