水稻灌浆时期叶绿素与光合效率的研究

摘    要:水稻灌浆时期光合产物的积累与运输是水稻子粒充实、饱满的关键,也是水稻产量得以保障的基础。本文选取了辽星系列有代表性的7个品种进行光合特性研究,探讨了灌浆时期各品种叶绿素含量、气孔导度、蒸腾速率、净光合速率等的动态变化。认为灌浆后期保持一定水平的净光合速率,才能有效的保证活秆成熟、不早衰。

Abstract:Accumulation and transformation of photosynthesis product in filling stage is important for grain filling and grain yield of rice.Photosynthesis characters were studied with seven Liaoxing varieties.To guide practical breeding,the dynamic change of content,stomatal conductance,transpiration rate and net photosynthetic rate were determined and analyzed.Higher net photosynthetic rate in later filling stage was important for avoiding early ageing and stay green till mature.
