摘    要: A suppression subtractive hybridization(SSH) cDNA library was constructed from 5 d lesion of banana fruit inoculated with Colletotrichum musae F1.70 cDNA clones selected randomly were sequenced and analysed.The result showed that 29 cDNA clones were related to disease resistance.They were chitinase,se-rine/threonine phosphate,Leucine-rich repeat(LRR),isoflavone reductase and so on.
