纳米磷酸氢钙中磷在大鼠中的相对效价评定

摘    要:纳米磷酸氢钙和普通磷酸氢钙分别添加到低磷基础饲粮中,每种磷源的磷添加水平为0·1%,0·2%和0·3%,每处理3重复,每重复4只已断乳的21日龄Wistar雄性大鼠,饲喂4周。结果表明,3个纳米磷酸氢钙处理组与普通磷酸氢钙相同磷添加水平组相比,大鼠胫骨灰分含量和胫骨磷含量显著提高(P<0·05),经斜率比法,以普通磷酸氢钙为参照物、胫骨灰分含量和胫骨磷含量为判据指标计算出纳米磷酸氢钙中磷的相对效价分别为127%和125%。

Abstract:84 three-week old, weaned male Wistar rats were allotted randomly to 7 dietary treatments with 3 replicates per treatment and 4 rats per replicate. Rats were fed basal diet or basal diet plus 0.1, 0.2, or 0.3% P from dicalcium phosphate nanoparticle or normal dicalcium phosphate for 4 weeks. Results showed, tibia ash percentage and tibia phosphorus content of dicalcium phosphate nanoparticle groups increased significantly (P<0.05), compared with normal dicalcium phosphate groups with the same supplemental level of phosphorus. Normal dicalcium phosphate was as a reference standard. Using rat's tibia ash percentage, tibia phosphorus content as response criteria, the relative biological value (RBV) of phosphorus in dicalcium phosphate nanoparticle were 127% and 125% evaluated by the slope ratio method, respectively.
