基于核主成分-聚类分析的土壤质量评价方法

摘    要:针对传统主成分分析处理非线性问题的不足,采用基于核主成分-聚类分析的评价方法对土壤质量进行评价并分类。先利用核主成分分析剔除原始数据中存在线性相关和信息重叠的指标,再利用得到的主成分代替原来的评价指标,对土壤质量进行聚类分析。结果表明,该方法准确客观,可为土壤评价提供参考依据。
