摘    要:目的]建立健肝乐颗粒中芍药苷的含量测定方法。方法]采用RP—HPLC法,色谱柱为ODS2-C18柱(250mm×4.6mm,5μm),流动相为乙腈-水(15:85),流速为1.0ml/min,检测渡长为230mm。结果]芍药苷在0.16-0.83.峙范围内与峰面积呈良好线性关系。加样回收率为99.20%,RSD为1.2%(n=6)。结论]采用高效液相法对健肝乐颗粒中芍药苷进行含量测定,具有操作简单、准确、重复性好、精密度高、专属性强的特点,可用于健肝乐颗粒的质量检测。

Abstract:Objective]The research aimed to establish a method for the determination of paeoniflor in Jianganle particle by RP-HPLC. Method]The content of paeoniflor in Jianganle particle was determinated by using RP-HPLC. The separation was performed on a ODS2- C18 column(250 mm×4.6 mm, 5 μm). The mobile phase was cetonitrile-water (15∶85)at the flow rate of 1.0 ml/min. The defection wavelength was 230 nm. Result]The linear range of paeoniflorin was in the range of 0.16-0.83 μg;The addition recovery rate was 99.20%, RSD=1.2%(n=6). Conclusion]The method for the determination of paeoniflor in Jianganle particle by RP-HPLC is simple, rapid, exclusive and accurate, and it is suitable for determination of paeoniflor of Jianganle particle.
