摘    要:利用不同品种甜高粱茎秆进行露天储藏,并研究两品种在不同储藏过程中糖分含量、重量、霉变和温度等因素的变化规律,为加工生产中原料的安全存贮提供了依据.结果表明:储藏过程中茎秆糖分变化和重量变化有密切的关系,随着重量的减少锤度上升.两个品种重量变化的趋势较为一致,立放堆放失重比平放堆放快.XT-4不同储藏方式失重减幅度和锤度累计都比XT-2相应的储藏方式大,XT-4茎秆内部空腔程度也比较严重.两个品种的病变情况一致,带叶平放堆放霉变比其他储藏方式快.两品种带叶平放堆放最合理的储藏时间为1个月,去叶平放堆放、去叶立放堆放和带叶立放堆放储存时间可以延长为5个月左右.

Abstract:Characters,sugar content,weight,mould change and temperature et.,of two different species of sweet sorghum stalks were analyzed in natural storage condition,and scientific basis were provided for safe storage of raw material processing.Result showed that change in sugar content was closely related to the change in weight,sugar content rose with the weight loss.The weight loss of stalks in vertical storage condition was faster compared with the horizontal storage condition,and the weight loss of stalks without leaves was faster than that of the stalks with leaves.The range of weight loss of XT - 4 stalks and sugar content accumulation were greater than that of XT - 2 in same storage condition,and there was greater cavity inside of XT - 4 stalks.The mould change in stalks with leaves in horizontal form was faster than that of other storage form The storage time of other three storage form—horizontal without leaves,vertical without leaves and vertical with leaves,reached about 5 months.
