| 摘 要： | 从油茶肉质果中提取多糖,采用薄层色谱法测定其多糖的单糖组成.结果表明:该多糖的单糖组成为葡萄糖、半乳糖和木糖.

| Abstract: | The polysaccharides were extracted from fleshy fruit of Camellia Oleifera Abel,the composition of monosaccharides hydrolyzed from the polysaccharides was assayed by the technique of TLC(thin-layer chromatography).The results showed the monosaccharide constitution of the polysaccharides was D-glucose,D-galactose,D-xylose. |
