摘    要:从“烂蹄病”病区采集52份耕牛饲草样本,共检出真菌3197株,隶属于17个属,其中主要是曲霉属、镰刀菌属、青霉属、芽枝孢霉属和交链孢霉属。检测结果表明,耕牛饲草中的真菌种类繁多,品系复杂,镰刀菌(拟枝孢镰刀菌、木贼镰刀菌和半裸镰刀菌)与烂蹄病的发生呈正相关。

Abstract:52 samples of rice-straw for feeding cattle were collected from the region where the "Rot Foot Disease" occurred in cattle, and 3197 strains of fungi were separated. After the purification, the 3197 isolates represented 17 genara in total, and the most abundant strains were Aspergillus, Fusarium, Penicillum, Cladosporium and Alternaria. Results show that the numerous toxigenic fungal species exist in rice-straw, and infection leveles of Fusarium spp. (F. sporotrichioides, F. equiseti, and F. semitectrum) were positively correlated with the incidance rate of "Rot Foot Disease".
