| 摘 要： | 目的：筛选对鸭里默氏杆菌具有较强抑菌活性的药物,为指导临床合理用药及开发新型药物制剂提供理论依据。方法：应用试管二倍稀释法和平皿二倍稀释法测定不同种抗生素对临床分离的里默氏杆菌的体外抑菌活性。结果：不同种抗生素对里默氏杆菌均有不同程度的抑菌作用,其中青霉素及氟苯尼考的抑菌活性最为明显,而林可霉素抑菌效果最不明显。结论：青霉素、氟苯尼考、丁胺卡那霉素、土霉素、环丙沙星及强力霉素对里默氏杆菌均有不同程度的抑菌作用,而林可霉素对其抑菌效果最不明显。
