| 摘 要： | 大学生就业难是这些年全社会普遍关注的热点话题，在国家宏观政策和就业环境等客观条件影响的同时，高校应努力提升学生的自身素质和就业竞争力。以黑龙江农业职业技术学院与多家企业在校外合作建立机电专业“厂中校”实训基地，以及引进企业开办“校中厂”实训基地为例，阐述了校企合作实训基地对大学生就业能力的促进作用。

| Abstract: | Difficult employment of college students is common concern of whole society hot topics.Under the influence of objective conditions of national macro policy and employment environment，colleges and universities should strive to improve student′s quality and ability of obtaining employment.Taking training base of‘school in factory’and‘factory in school’built by Heilongjiang Agricultural Vocational and Technical College and a number of enterprises as examples，school enterprise cooperation training base for college students′ employment ability was discussed. |
