摘    要:以UG三维建模平台为设计手段,针对加工大型不锈钢化工件,设计了相匹配的大切深硬质合金可转位车刀的结构;基于有限元分析平台,对所设计的可转位车刀分别进行了结构静力分析和热—力耦合分析,通过对仿真结果的纵向个体和横向总体对比分析,得到只受切削力作用、受切削力与切削热的联合作用的车刀变形及应力变化趋势。从变形和应力角度考虑,评价刀具结构和选材的合理性、温度对刀具寿命的影响。由此可以得出:切削温度对刀具寿命具有重要影响,且在一定条件下,存在一个使刀具变形量为最小的刀杆悬伸量。

Abstract:The UG three-dimensional modeling platform was used as design means of the machining processing of the large stainless steel chemical parts,the structure of carbide turning tools with the matching larger cutting depth was designed. Based on finite element analysis platform,the indexable turning tools of structural static and thermal-mechanical coupled were analyzed. By comparative analysis of longitudinal individual and the overall lateral of simulation results,the change trends of deformation and stress of tools was got when the turning tools were affected by the cutting force,the combined effects of cutting force and cutting heat. The rationality of tool structure and material selection,the effect of the temperature to tool life was evaluated from the view of deformation and stress. The results showed that the cutting temperature had important effects on tool life,and there was a reasonable tool overhang when the maximum deformation of the tools was smallest.
