土霉素胁迫对大豆和小麦幼苗生长的影响

摘    要:为了解土霉素对大豆和小麦幼苗期产生的影响,利用水培试验研究了不同浓度土霉素(oxytetracycline)对大豆(Glycine max(Linn.)Merr.)、小麦(Triticum asetivum L.)幼苗部分形态和生理指标的影响。结果表明,随着土霉素浓度的增加大豆根数、株高、根长、株鲜重、根鲜重、根总吸收面积和活跃吸收面积等指标均呈下降趋势;随着土霉素浓度的增加小麦根长、根鲜重、根总吸收面积和活跃吸收面积也均呈下降趋势,在低浓度时对小麦株高和株鲜重有促进,高浓度时有抑制作用。

Abstract:In order to find out the possible influence of oxytetracycline(OTC) on soybean and wheat seedling stage,a water culture was conducted to study the effects of different concentrations of OTC on some morphological and physiological indexes of soybean and wheat at seedling stage.The results showed that the root numbers,plant height,root length,plant fresh weight,root fresh weight,root total absorption area and active absorption area of soybean seedling all decreased as the concentration of OTC increased.The root length,root fresh weight,root total absorption area and active absorption area of wheat seedling all decreased too with the increase of OTC concentration.The plant height and plant fresh weight of wheat were promoted in low OTC concentration,but inhibited in high OTC concentration.
