氯化锌法低温活化制备桑枝活性炭的研究

摘    要:世界活性炭需求量的增加,使原料变得紧张。开发和节约资源,是解决原料紧张的重要措施。用桑枝为原料,ZnCl2为活化剂,在充氮条件下,采用低温450℃活化,使活性炭得率为50%(原料以含水率20%桑木屑计),同目前用的高温活化比较,生产1t活性炭就节约1t桑木屑。且制备出的药用活性炭亚甲基兰脱色高达285mg·g^-1,糖用活性炭A法焦糖脱色100%。

Abstract:The increase of the world's demand for activated carbon leads to the shortage of raw materials. The exploitation and thrift of resources are important measures of solving the shortage of raw materials. We made the activated carbon from mulberry branches by activation with ZnCl2 at the low activated temperature of 450℃ in nitrogen conditions. The production rate of activated carbon is 50% ( raw material according to the mulberry sawdust of 20% moisture content). Compared with the current high temperature activation, the production of one ton of activated carbon can save a ton of mulberry sawdust. The methyl- ene blue adsorption of Medicinal Activated Carbon is up to 285 mg·g^-1. The decolorization of caramel A of Sugar Activated Carbon is 100%.
