摘    要:由立枯丝核菌(Rhizoctonia solani)引起的辣椒立枯病是辣椒育苗前期引起死苗倒苗的重要病害,目前化学防治仍是控制该病害流行的有效途径,本试验采用室内平皿生长速率法,研究了使百克、三唑酮、普力克、多菌灵、敌力脱及安克锰锌等杀菌剂对辣椒力枯丝核菌生长的影响,室内毒力测定结果表明,供试药剂对辣椒立枯丝核菌都具有抑制作用,但其有效浓度有所不同,使百克、三唑酮、普力克、多菌灵、敌力脱、安克锰锌的EC50分别为74.3833、54.1614、2130.9465、2.8660、7.1052、4.2576μg/ml。由此可以看出,多菌灵对辣椒立枯丝核菌的抑制效果最好,安克锰锌次之,普力克则较差。

Abstract:Pepper seedling damping off is caused by Rhizoctonia solani. The method of culture plate was used in this test .The toxicity and efficacy of prochloraz, triadimefon, propamocarb hydrochloride, carbendazim, propiconazol and dimethomorph mancozeb to Rhizoctonia solani were measured with mycelium growth rate test method. The results indicated that these fungicides could inhibit the growth of Rhizoctonia solani, but the concentrations of inhibition were different. Effective concentration EC50 of Shibaike, triadimefon, propamocarb hydrochloride, carbendazim, propiconazol and dimethomorph mancozeb was 74.383 3、54.161 4、2 130.946 5、2.866 0、7.105 2、4.257 6 μg/ml.
