广东乳制品发展概况

摘    要:广东省地处亚热带的区域特点导致了当地牛奶的短缺,其新鲜牛奶的自给率还不足30%。目前,广东市场上以UHT灭菌奶为主,巴氏消毒奶的发展潜力很大。广东乳品行业在提高奶牛饲养技术的同时,还要对产品的工艺和品质进行提升和改造,将新鲜、安全、营养的奶提供给广东消费者。企业和政府要共同努力,继续加强对学生奶的开发与支持,并作为一项长期的事业去做。

Abstract:Lack of milk because of the semitropical zone character in Guangdong Province,self-serve ability of fresh milk is under 30 percent. At present the main product of milk in the market is UHT asepsis milk,Bars asepsis milk possess tremendous development potential. At the same time enhancing cow breeding skill,craftwork and quality of the milk products need advanced. The government and the enterprises must together strengthen developing the milk for pupils.
