| 摘 要： | 农村集体建设用地流转直接影响着农民的财产性收入、关系到农村经济的发展和农村社会的稳定,已成为农村土地问题研究中的一个重要课题。该文通过构建农村集体建设用地流转博弈模型和农村集体经济组织与个体农户博弈模型,分析了不同条件下博弈的均衡解和集体建设用地流转中农民权益保护情况,并提出了相关对策建议。
