摘    要:研究了不同种类有机酸及其组合对烤烟生长和非酶促活性氧代谢的影响。结果表明,施用有机酸有效提高了烤烟株高、最大叶长、最大叶宽、茎叶干重和根系干重,促进了烤烟的生长,其中以油酸、苹果酸、苹果酸+油酸配施、苹果酸+油酸+腐殖酸配施处理的效果较好。施用有机酸显著提高了抗氧化物质抗坏血酸(ASA)和还原性谷胱甘肽(GSH)的含量,减少了超氧阴离子自由基(O2-.)的积累,有利于维持烤烟叶片非酶促活性氧代谢的平衡。总体来看,单施处理中,以腐殖酸和油酸处理的效果最好,O2-.产生速率分别较对照平均降低了35.33%和37.08%,ASA含量分别增加了28.64%和36.03%,GSH含量分别增加了19.75%和15.24%;配施处理中,以苹果酸与腐殖酸配施或苹果酸与油酸配施处理的效果最佳,O2-.产生速率分别较对照平均降低了31.00%和29.96%,ASA含量分别增加了28.31%和34.05%,GSH含量分别增加了13.87%和10.18%。
