| 摘 要： | 2003—2004年在甘肃酒泉地区研究了疏枝对紫花苜蓿Medicago sativa产量和其种子产量构成因素的影响,结果表明,疏枝对提高紫花苜蓿种子产量具有明显的作用(P<0.05)。疏枝降低了单位面积的生殖枝数,提高了花序数/枝条、结荚花序数/枝条和荚果数/结荚花序(P<0.05),但对种子数/荚果和种子质量没有显著影响(P>0.05)。种子标准发芽试验的结果表明,疏枝对紫花苜蓿种子萌发没有显著的影响(P>0.05)。

| Abstract: | The effect of thinning on seed yield,seed-yield components and seed quality were studied in Jiuquan,Gansu province from 2003 to 2004.The results showed that there were significantly positive effects of thinning on the alfalfa seed yield(P<0.05).Significant effects of thinning on seed-yield components were also determined.Thinning significantly decreased fertile shoots/m~2,and increased florets/inflorescence,inflorescences/shoot,racemes/shoot,and pods/racemes(only in 2004) in the two consecutive years(P<0.05), however,seeds/pod and 1000-seed weight were not affected accordingly(P>0.05).Seed quality index including first count,hard seed,standard germination were not affected significantly by all the thinning treatments(P>0.05). |
