谷物含水率在线测试系统的研究

摘    要:从理论上分析了利用电容法进行谷物含水率测量时,所测电容量与其影响因素之间的定量关系,研制成功了一种不受谷物堆积密度变化影响的谷物含水率在线测试系统,并利用该系统对小麦、玉米做了研究试验,建立了测量频率与谷物含水率之间的数学关系模型。试验数据表明:与标准烘箱法相比,该系统的最大测量误差小于0.70%。此系统为谷物含水率在线测试提供了可行方法。

Abstract:In this paper, the quantitative relationship between the measured capacitance by capaci-tor sensor and its effecting factors was analysed during the grain moisture content determina-tion.An on-line system of measuring grain moisture content was designed and constructedsuccessfully. Based on the experiment with wheat and maize, the measured frequency as afunction of moisture content was modelled. Measurements of the system were compared toair-oven moisture determination with a maximum deviation less than 0.7% moisture con-tent.
