内燃机配气凸轮型线拟合方法比较

摘    要:通过分析实测的配气凸轮升程表,运用三次样条插值函数法和N次谐波函数逼近法,推导出升程函数的数学解析式。并运用这两种方法对4110Z型柴油机的配气凸轮型线进行了拟合,得到了升程、速度和加速度曲线。经过比较,认为N次谐波函数逼近法能够拟合出更理想的凸轮型线。

Abstract:In this paper ,the measured lift data is analyzed and according to the analysis, the analytical lift functions are deduced by using the iterative methods of cubic spline interpolation and Nth-degree harmonic function. Two approaches are adopted to fit the valve-train cam profile of 4110Z Diesel Engine and the curves of lift,velocity and acceleration are obtained The comparison of two approaches confirms that the Nth-degree harmonic method is more ideal in the fitting of cam profile.
