沼气热泵系统设计及其经济性分析

摘    要:燃气直燃型吸收式热泵具有明显的节能环保特点。在目前能源紧张的情况下,如何利用沼气资源作为燃料驱动吸收式热泵,值得重视。结合直燃型吸收式热泵技术的最新研究进展,对沼气直燃型吸收式热泵进行系统设计及经济性分析。结果表明,直燃型吸收式热泵机组的一次能源利用率(PER)比活塞式、螺杆式及涡旋式热泵机组分别高14.1%、14.3%和6.8%,沼气热泵的节能效益更为显著。

Abstract:Direct fired absorption heat pump (DFAHP) has great potentialities in energy saving and in environmental protection. Driven DFAHP by biogas became more and more important with the severe energy situation at present. The recent developments of absorption heat pump technology were introduced, the system design of DFAHP driven by biogas was developed, and the economic analysis was given out in the end. The results showed that the primary energy ratio (PER) of DFAHP was 14.1%,14.3% and 6.8% higher than that of compression heat pump which is driven by reciprocating compressor, screw compressor and scroll compressor respectively. The energy saving effect of DFAHP driven by biogas is much more significant.
