添加酚类物质对森林土壤无机氮的影响

摘    要:对黄壤性草甸土和黄红壤土分别添加不同浓度的单宁酸和4-羟基苯甲酸,研究土壤硝态氮和铵态氮含量的变化情况。结果表明,添加单宁酸后,2种土壤硝态氮含量均降低,且在培养的前28d,添加单宁酸浓度越高,黄壤性草甸土硝态氮含量降低越明显;添加单宁酸后,2种土壤铵态氮含量均增加,但单宁酸浓度越高,土壤铵态氮含量增加幅度越小。添加4-羟基苯甲酸后,2种土壤硝态氮和铵态氮含量均大幅度下降,但土壤铵态氮含量的降幅受4-羟基苯甲酸浓度的影响不大。

Abstract:The tannic acid and 4-hydroxybenzoic acid with different concentration were added into meadow soil of yellow earth and yellow soil to study the change of contents of nitrate nitrogen and ammonium nitrogen in two kinds of soil.The results showed that the nitrate nitrogen contents in two kinds of soil were all decreased after addition of tannic acid,and in the first 28 d of culture,the higher the tannic acid concentration was the more obvious the decrease of nitrate nitrogen content in meadow soil of yellow e...
