新和鸽消化系统形态学观察与测量

运用光学显微镜和显微成像系统,对新和鸽消化系统形态学结构特点作了观察研究.结果表明,新和鸽嗉囊发达,外形特殊,呈山字形,粘膜层分布有大量的腺体和导管,盲肠不发达,无胆囊.该结果提示嗉囊乳的成分中包含有腺体的分泌物.嗉囊发达、形态特殊,盲肠极度退化可能于其食性和生长繁殖特点有关.

Morphological Observation and Measure of Digestive System of Xinhe Pigeon

The morphological structure of digestive system of Xinhe pigeon was studied by gross anatomy and optical microscope coupled with digitized micrographic analysis system. Results were: (1)The ingluvies of Xinhe pigeon was much more developed, which was characterized with two sacs aside the main body of the ingluvies. (2)There were a large number of tubuloasinar glands lied in tunica mucosa of ingluvies of Xinhe pigeon. (3)The intestine is very much developed but the caecum was undeveloped and without gallbladder . These observations indicate that the secretion of the tubuloasinar glands may be involved in the formation of ingluvies milk; the more developed ingluvies and degenerate caecum and without gallbladder may be associated with the characteristics of Xinhe pigeon'food intake habit and the growth and reproduction.
