新和鸽消化系统形态学观察与测量

摘    要:运用光学显微镜和显微成像系统,对新和鸽消化系统形态学结构特点作了观察研究.结果表明,新和鸽嗉囊发达,外形特殊,呈山字形,粘膜层分布有大量的腺体和导管,盲肠不发达,无胆囊.该结果提示嗉囊乳的成分中包含有腺体的分泌物.嗉囊发达、形态特殊,盲肠极度退化可能于其食性和生长繁殖特点有关.

Abstract:The morphological structure of digestive system of Xinhe pigeon was studied by gross anatomy and optical microscope coupled with digitized micrographic analysis system. Results were: (1)The ingluvies of Xinhe pigeon was much more developed, which was characterized with two sacs aside the main body of the ingluvies. (2)There were a large number of tubuloasinar glands lied in tunica mucosa of ingluvies of Xinhe pigeon. (3)The intestine is very much developed but the caecum was undeveloped and without gallbladder . These observations indicate that the secretion of the tubuloasinar glands may be involved in the formation of ingluvies milk; the more developed ingluvies and degenerate caecum and without gallbladder may be associated with the characteristics of Xinhe pigeon'food intake habit and the growth and reproduction.
