| 摘 要： | This paper analyses several problems in the work of in vetmen t of fixed assets.The present macroscopic adaptive control policies of the governmen t and their correspondent mea-sures are taken into account.Suggestions of crucial aspects of adaption and the macroscopic adaptive mechanism are discussed.
