| 摘 要： | 用剪切及剪切加胰蛋白酶法消化兔泪腺组织。获取兔泪腺上皮细胞，设计相应的培养基，进行组织块原代培养或混合消化原代培养，用免疫细胞化学染色进行细胞鉴定。结果表明。组织块在体外培养10d，可见上皮样细胞从植块边缘长出，2周后泪腺上皮细胞在培养瓶底部铺成单层，经传代3次，角蛋白染色阳性细胞纯度达90％以上；用混合消化法接种的细胞生长相对较慢。结果提示：用剪切组织块进行培养的方法简便易行，易获得符合要求的兔泪腺上皮细胞。

| Abstract: | To culture rabbit lacrimal gland(RLG)epithelial cells,the RLG were obtained by tissue culture or enzymatic digestion.The RLG epithelial cells were cultured by the specific culture medium and detected through microscopy and immunohistochemical experiments.The RLG epithelial cells obtained by tissue culture.After 10 d,the cells grew out of RLG tissues.After 2 weeks,the cells became dense monolayer.After 3 passages the RLG epithelial cells reached to 90% by Pan-Keratin staining.It suggested that our method to culture the RLG epithelial cells was easy and efficient. |
