大规格名优茶花快速繁育技术研究

摘    要:研究了低产油茶树嫁接茶花后的亲和性及生长势,结果表明:杂交品系嫁接亲和性好,嫁接成活率达97%,红山茶种系次之,为91%,而云南山茶系列嫁接成活率为85%;在30个名优茶花品种中有16个品种长势好,11个品种长势较好,3个品种的生长势一般。大规格名优茶花快速繁育的技术关键是适宜品种选择,嫁接前复壮、嫁接中保湿促愈合、嫁接后整形修剪与肥水管理。

Abstract:Studies on compatibility and growth of Camellia grafted on low yield C.oleifera resulted that the survival rate of grafted hybrids reached 97%,that of C.japonica 95% and that of C.reticulata 93%.Among 30 cultivars scions,16 ones had the best growth and development.The key techniques of fast propagation of large sized excellent Camellia were suitable cultivar scions,rejuvenation before grafting,moisture kept for callus,shaping and pruning and management of fertilizers and water after grafting.
