| Abstract: | with a philosophy point of view, the paper discusses comprehensivelythe development of Caidam Basin, pointing out both the advantages and dis-advantages pertaining to and the ways for resolving some problems involvedin the development. Meanwhile, some constructive suggestions are put for-ward with regard to the Basin's future. |
