摘    要:休眠与萌发是植物种子对环境变化的适应特征,受许多基因调控和环境因子的影响,至今尚未能清楚地阐明其调控机制.近年来从拟南芥等植物的突变体中鉴定了一些与种子萌发相关的基因,有助于阐明种子萌发的分子机制.现综述光和赤霉素、脱落酸等植物激素对种子萌发调控作用的分子机理以及相关的蛋白质组学的研究进展.

Abstract:Seed dormancy and germination are complex adaptive traits of plants influenced by a large number of genes and environmental factors,and their mechanisms are still unclear.Recently some genes correlated to seed germination had been identified from Arabidopsis and etc mutants,which would be helpful to understand the mechanisms of seed germination.This paper reviewed the progress in research on the light,gibberellins,abscisic acid and etc on molecular mechanisms of regulation and proteomics in relation to seed germination.
