乙基对硫磷降解菌研究初报

摘    要:本试验从陕北地区长期喷施乙基对硫磷的土壤中分离筛选出6株可降解乙基对硫磷的菌株,其中菌株NY-9在35℃、乙基对硫磷初始浓度为100 mg/L、5d时,对乙基对硫磷的降解率最高,可达79.85%。

Abstract:Sixth strains which could degrade Parathion were isolated from soil in northern Shannxi Province on which that Parathion was sprayed for a long time.The degradation rate of strian NY-9 was the highest(79.85%) in the condition of 35℃,five days and original concentration of Parathion 100mg/L.
