Borrowing and Innovation: Realistic Choice of Agricultural Higher Education to Face the Challenge of Joining WTO

China's agriculture will experience a series of challenge upon Joining WTO. Agricultural higher education should improve its own serving power through borrowing and innovating other countries' experience and shoulder its new mission. The paper expounds the reform and development measures of Agricultural higher educaition in Japan before and after Joining GATT and explores how to innovate China's agricultural higher education cater for the needs after Joinig WTO.
