摘    要:环境镉污染对植物、动物和人体均可产生较大的危害.食物链是镉对人类健康造成危害或潜在危害的主要途径之一.污染土壤中的镉通过植物根系吸收与体内运转最终在植物可食部分中积累,主要影响因子有土壤性质、植物种或品种等.研究镉的积累和迁移规律,目的在于探讨减少镉污染的途径.

Abstract:Cadmium not only caused environmental pollution,but also was harm to plant,animal and human.Food chain was the major path of cadmium causing danger or potential danger to human.Cadmium in contaminated soil accumulated in edible parts of plant through in vivo movement and nutrient uptake by plant roots.The major factors affected transformation and accumulation were the character of soil,plant kinds or varieties and so on.The aim of this paper was to discuss the pathway of reducing cadmium contamination.
