| 摘 要： | 淮山药是粮、菜、药兼用的作物,若将其列为粮食作物加以研究和利用,既可增加农民收入,也可为国家粮食安全发挥作用。阐述了我国淮山药产业发展现状,提出了发展对策,包括科学规划与布局、加强研究与利用、种质资源收集与新品种选育、完善高产高效栽培新技术、建立病虫害防控体系、产品储藏与加工研究、加强宣传工作等内容。

| Abstract: | Dioscorea opposita Thunb could be used as crops of food,vegetables,and drug,which used as crops of food could increase the peasants’ income,assure the national food security.Development status of Dioscorea opposita Thunb in China were introduced,and the development countermeasures were put forward,such as scientific planning and layout,research and utilization enhancement,germplasm resources collection and new variety breeding,improving high production and high efficiency cultivation technique,establishing diseases and insect pests prevention and control system,product storage and processing,strengthening propaganda,and so on. |
