| 摘 要： | 对辽宁省农村雷灾状况、农村防雷工作现状进行初步分析,指出农村地区雷灾事故发生的原因,并提出相应的对策,以期防御和减轻雷电灾害,保护人民群众生命财产安全,促进该省经济社会健康发展。

| Abstract: | The disaster characters related to lightning and thunder and lightning protection status of Liaoning Province were introdnced,the causes of the thunder storm and lightning event happened in rural area were analyzed,so as to defend and relieve the lightning disaster,protect the people′s life and property security,and promote the healthy development of economic society. |
