| 摘 要： | 从杜长嘉猪的肝脏中提取基因组RNA ,进行反转录 聚合酶链式反应 (RT PCR) ,获得 1条近 175bp的片段 ,克隆于pUCm TVector后进行序列分析结果表明 ,该片段为HMG CoA还原酶催化域cDNA的部分序列 ,与GenBank登录的序列基本一致

| Abstract: | Total RNA was extracted from liver of crossbree pig (Jiaxing Black×Duroc×Landrace) and partial HMG-CoA reductase gene was amplified through RT-PCR with special primers. A DNA fragment about 175 bp in length was obtained. The PCR product was cloned into pUCm-T vector and sequenced. Sequence analysis suggested that this fragment was partial sequence of HMG-CoA reductase and the DNA sequence was consistent with the porcine HMG-CoA reductase partial sequence in Genbank. |
