| 摘 要： | 对已严重杂交的湖北地方鸡洪山鸡采用全同胞家系选育方法,提纯复壮选育了4个世代,选育群相对于洪山鸡品种特征的符合率,由零世代相似不到10%,逐步提高到四世代的符合率达到了99%.经测定,提纯后90日龄均重为1.035 kg,,比提纯前提高了0.146 kg,,增重16.4%;受精率、孵化率、雏鸡成活率分别比提纯前提高了18.7%、21.6%、14.5%,40周龄平均产蛋数达到了72.6枚,比零世代提高了16.0枚,平均开产日龄为164 d,比零世代提前了15 d.

| Abstract: | Full-sib family selection method was chosen to purify and rejuvenate the excessive crossed Hongshan chicken in recent years. After four generations selection, the accordance rate of Hongshan chicken breed characteristics in the breeding population improved from less than 10 % to 99 % progressively. The results showed that the weight at age of 90 days was 1.035 kg and increased 16.4 % after purification.
