摘    要:通过油菜盆栽试验研究了铵(NH4 )钾(K )离子施用次序和比例对这两种离子在土壤中的交互作用及其对油菜生长和N、K养分吸收的影响.结果表明:当NH4 、K 摩尔比为1:1时,先NH4 后K ,油菜的生物产量和N、K养分吸收量均较低,该结果与后施入的K 促进了先施入的NIL4 的固定,降低了土壤NH4 -N含量有关.而当NH4 、K 质量比为1:1(其摩尔比约为3:1)时,施用次序对该土壤油菜的生长和养分吸收影响不大,这也说明了合适的N、K比例对作物生长的重要性.

Abstract:The effect of application sequence and ratio of ammonium and potassium on rape growth and nutrient uptake was studied through rape pot experiment. The results showed that when the mol ratio of NH4+/K+ applied was 1:1, the growth and nutrient uptake of rape were reduced greatly in the treatment with potassium applied after ammonium, which could be attributed to the fixation of ammonium promoted by the later application of potassium. While the mass ratio of K+/NH4+ (about 3:1 in mol ratio), less influence of ammonium and potassium interaction was observed on plant growth and nutrient uptake. The results also showed the importance of proper ratio of N/K for the normal growth of plants.
