纵置单轴流滚筒脱粒与分离装置功耗性能试验研究

摘    要:考察脱粒与分离因子对功耗性能的影响,通过二次回归正交旋转组合试验,对影响钉齿式轴流滚筒脱粒与分离性能的3个因素(喂入量、滚筒转速及导向板导角)以及对脱粒与分离的主效应、单效应、两因素的交互效应进行分析,并且得出各因素水平之间的最佳组合工艺。

Abstract:The quadratic regression orthogonal rotary method was adopted to study the effect of three main different parameters on power consumption: feed quantity, cylinder speed and helix angle of the transport vane. The dominant effect,the single effects and interactive effect were evaluated. And then the optimum treatment of factors was found.
