| Abstract: | Cash flow is a comprehensive performance of enterprises' financial position. To analyze the cash flow can reveal the existing conflicts and problems in financial activities and provides directions and guidance for making decisions. Starting from analyzing the cash flow of enterprises,this paper discusses how to identify dangerous signals about the financial positions of enterprises from their cash flow so as to make full use of the forewarning function of cash flow. |
