摘    要:以鼠李糖乳杆菌UV3-4为出发菌株,进行鼠李糖乳杆菌转化亚油酸生产共轭亚油酸转化条件的优化研究。通过单因素试验考察发酵温度、发酵时间、发酵pH和底物亚油酸(LA)添加量对CLA产量的影响,采用响应面法建立CLA产量与各影响因子之间的二次回归方程模型,获得最佳转化条件:发酵温度38℃,发酵时间23.4 h,pH 6.5,底物LA添加量为0.76 mg/m L,此条件下CLA的产量为37.28μg/m L。

Optimization of Transformation Conditions for Producing Conjugated Linoleic Acid in Lactobacillus rhamnosus by Response Surface Method
Abstract:This study aims at conditions optimization of the transformation of linoleic acid to conjugated linoleic acid by Lactobacillus rhamnosus UV3-4.The effects of fermentation temperature,fermentation time,fermentation pH and LA concentration on the yield of CLA were investigated by single factor test.Response surface method was used to establish the model of the two regression equations between CLA yield and influencing factors.The optimum conditions were as follows:fermentation temperature 38 ℃,fermentation time 23.4 h,pH 6.5,and addition amount LA 0.76 mg/mL.Under the above conditions,the yield of CLA was 37.28 μg/mL.
