摘    要:在水温为(28±1)℃时,研究在饲料中添加叶黄素与维生素E或磷脂混合物对体重(5.08±0.88)g血鹦鹉鱼(Cichla_soma_ synspilum♀×Cichla_soma_ citrinellum♂)生长、着色、抗氧化及肝功能指标影响。血鹦鹉鱼放养于(150 cm×150 cm×150 cm)水泥池中,每池20尾,投喂基础饲料为对照,在基础饲料中添加叶黄素按0.1%(A_1)、0.3%(A_2)、0.5%(A_3)比例分别与磷脂0.1%(a_1)、0.3%(a_2)或维生素E 0.1%(b_1)、0.3%(b_2)用水搅拌均匀的试验饲料30 d。结果表明:A_1a_1组可显著提高血鹦鹉鱼体表亮度(P0.05),试验组血鹦鹉鱼体表的黄度值均显著高于对照组(P0.05);A_2b_1组可使肝胰脏和肌肉中类胡萝卜含量显著增加(P0.05);添加叶黄素混合物组与对照组生长性能无显著差异(P0.05);A_1b_2和A_2b_1组可使血鹦鹉鱼肝胰脏超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化氢酶(CA_T)比活力显著提高(P0.05),且丙二醛(MDA_)含量与对照组无显著差别(P0.05);A_1a_1和A_3a_2组使谷草转氨酶(A_ST)和谷丙转氨酶(A_LT)活性保持较低水平,有利于维持血鹦鹉鱼肝功能稳定。

Effects of Dietary Xanthophylls Mixture on Growth,Body Color and Physiological Function of Blood Parrot
Abstract:A feeding trial was conducted to investigate the effects of dietary xanthophylls mixture levels on growth,body color and physiological function of blood parrot (Cichlasoma synspilum ♀ × Cichlasoma citrinellum ♂) when water temperature was (28 ± 1) ℃.Juvenile blood parrot fish with body weight of(5.08±0.88)g were reared in cement tanks of each 150 cm× 150 cm×150 cm and fed thirteen experimental diets containing 0.1% (A1),0.3% (A2),or 0.5% (A3) of xanthophylls and 0.1% (a1),0.3% (a2) phospholipids or vitamin E 0.1% (b1),0.3% (b2).Results showed that A1 a1 led to significant increase in skin brightness of the parrot fish (P< 0.05).Experimental groups led to significant increase in skin yellow degree(P< 0.05),and that A2 b1 resulted in significant increase in carotenoid content in hepatopancreas and muscle (P<0.05).There was no significant difference in growth performance between the fish fed the control diet and the fish fed the diets containing xanthophylls mixture (P> 0.05).The significant higher SOD and CAT activities were observed in the fish fed A1 b2 and A2 b1,but there was no significant difference in MDA content compared with the fish in control group.There were low and constant aspartate aminotransferase (AST) and alanine aminotransferase (ALT) activities in the fish fed the A1a1 or A3 a2.
