脱落酸抗肥胖作用研究

研究脱落酸对高脂饮食致肥胖小鼠体重及血脂的影响,本试验将小鼠分为正常对照组、模型组、阳性对照组、脱落酸低剂量组和高剂量组,连续给药4周,记录小鼠饮食、饮水及其体重变化。试验完成之后将小鼠马上处死,取其肝脏、脾脏、肾脏、肾周脂肪、腹部脂肪等计算脏器指数,与此同时收集血液,离心,血清用于测定血脂。试验结果表明脱落酸低、高剂量能显著降低小鼠血清中TC、TG水平和改善HDL-C水平,同时提高小鼠肝脏中SOD活性和降低MDA含量;还发现高剂量脱落酸能显著减少肥胖小鼠腹部脂肪(P0.05)。因此,高剂量脱落酸对肥胖小鼠具有一定的调节改善作用。

Study on Anti-obesity Effect of Abscisic Acid

In order to study the effect of abscisic acid ( ABA) on high-fat diet-induced obese mice, all the male mice were divided randomly into several groups, including normal control, model groups, positive control, ABA high-dose (3 mg/kg) and low-dose (1. 5 mg/kg) groups (n = 10). During 4-week administration, changes of food, fluid intake and weight in mice were recorded. After the mice were killed, liver, spleen, kidney perirenal fat and abdominal fat samples were moved and weighed to calculate tissue indexes. Meanwhile, all the blood was collected to determine serum blood lipids. The results showed that the low-dose group and high-dose group of ABA can significantly re-duce serum TC and TG levels, improve HDL-C levels and SOD activity as well as reduce the con-tent of MDA. Furthermore, high-dose group of ABA can significantly reduce the abdominal fat in obese mice ( P<0. 05) . Hence, it could be concluded that the high-dose of ABA has the effect of regulation and improvement on obese mice.
