| 摘 要： | 分析了农业科技领域知识产权的特点和现状,阐述了知识产权意识薄弱、管理不善、成果转化与合作、人才流动等是其流失的主要原因,并提出应该加大宣传教育、强化管理、完善体制建设、加强监督等防范措施。

| Abstract: | This paper carries out studies on characteristic and actuality of the province of agriculture science intellectual property rights. Details the runs off reasons are weahness of consciousness, managing badness, resolute transforming and collaborating, variation of person with ability. And puts forward improving management, consummating institutional framework, strengthening education and intendance, and so on counter measures for protection of intellectual property rights. |
