| 摘 要： | 对试验性小花棘豆中毒山羊的病理变化作了动态观察和分析,结果表明:山羊小花棘豆中毒是一个渐进发展的慢性过程。肝脏首先受损伤,尔后对神经系统产生广泛的损害,最后损伤性变化可波及全身各器官;主要引起上述器官实质细胞水泡变性,受损细胞线粒体肿胀和粗面内质网脱粒、肿胀和崩解;外周血液白细胞数量改变和淋巴细胞空泡变性。

| Abstract: | Pathologic changes of experimental 0. glabra DC poisoning in goats were hynamically observed and analysed. The results were as the following: The toxicosis of the 0. glabra DC in goats was a chronic process which was gradually developing; The liver was primarily injured, then the nervous system was widespreadly injuried. Finally, the pathologic changes affected all organs in body. The lesion was mainly vacuolar degeneration that mitochondria and rough endoplasmic reticulum were swollen and disintegration; The number of leukocytes in peripheral blood was changed and peripheral lymphocytes had cytoplasmic vocuoles. |
