摘    要:利用花粉管通道法将Bt-CPTI双价抗虫基因对优良玉米自交系进行遗传转化。采用组培和盆栽两种方法对大量t0代转基因种子进行卡那霉素抗性筛选,获得的卡那抗性植株进行PCR及PCR-Southern检测,初步证明外源目的基因已整合到玉米基因组中,PCR-Southern阳性率达到2.19%。

Abstract:Bt-CPTI gene was transformed into good maize inbred lines by pollen tube pathway. Tissue culture and potted plant were used in kanamycin-resistant screening among large number t0 generation of transgenic seeds. The kanamycin-resistant plants were detected by PCR and PCR-Southern and the positive rate of PCR-Southern achieved 2.19% which showed that the Bt-CPTI gene was integrated into maize genome.
