环县沙化土地防治成效与经验

土地沙化危害农、林、牧业生产。环县土地沙化面积较大、危害严重。通过全面分析环县土地沙化防治成效,总结提出2条经验,一是实现"六个转变":防治目标由防风固沙向综合治理风蚀水蚀转变,植被恢复由单纯造林向封育并重转变,造林模式由单纯乔木向乔灌草混交转变,造林季节由春秋向全年转变,造林由外调苗木向自育苗木转变,防治措施由粗放向精细转变;二是形成2种治理模式:防风林带+梯田+灌草镶嵌模式,小流域乔灌分级造林模式。土地沙化防治需要不断转变思路,形成模式,才能有效遏制沙化过程。

Present Situation and Suggestions of Desertification Land Controlin Huanxian,Gansu Province

Land desertification harms agriculture,forestry and animal husbandry production.Land desertification area of Huanxian county is large and serious harm.Through the comprehensive analysis of the prevention and control effect of land desertification in Huanxian,two experiences are summarized and put forward.The first is to achieve the‘six transformations’,the target of prevention and control changes from wind and sand fixation to comprehensive control of wind erosion and water erosion,the restoration of vegetation changed from simple afforestation to cultivatng,the afforestation mode changed from simple trees to arborshrub-herb mixed forest,afforestation season changes from spring and autumn to the whole year,afforestation changed from external seedling to self-breeding seedling,and the control measures changed from extensive to fine;Second,the formation of two governance models,windbreak forest belt+terraced field+inlaid model of irrigation and grass,small watershed irrigation classification afforestation model.In order to effectively control the desertification process,it is necessary to change the thinking and form the model.
