摘    要:[目的]为京海黄鸡的抗病育种奠定基础。[方法]通过对京海黄鸡接种不同剂量的柔嫩艾美尔球虫卵母细胞,观察接种鸡的病变特征,研究不同剂量球虫对京海黄鸡的体增重、血浆NO2-+NO3-浓度和β-胡萝卜素浓度等抗性指标的影响。[结果]接种后1~3 d各组鸡症状无显著差异。第5~7天有血便排出,第7天多数停止出血,第8天开始康复。接种后0~6 d体增重、接种前血浆NO2-+NO3-浓度和β-胡萝卜素浓度在3组间均无显著差异,而接种后6~9 d均有显著差异。接种后6~9 d与0~9 d的体增重和血浆中β-胡萝卜素浓度均随接种剂量的增加而减少,而血浆中NO2-+NO3-的浓度随着接种剂量的增加而增加。[结论]这3个指标可作为京海黄鸡抗病性的研究指标。

Abstract:[Objective] The aim of the research was to lay the foundation for the disease-resistance breeding of Jinghai Yellow Chicken.[Method] Jinghai Yellow Chicken were inoculated with different doses of Eimeria tenella oocytes to observe the pathological changes of the inoculated chicken.The effects of different doses of coccidium on the resistance indices of Jinghai Yellow Chicken including body weight gain,the concn.of plasma NO2-+NO3-,β-carotene concn.of Jinghai Yellow Chicken were studied.[Result] The symptom of chicken in each group had no significant difference in the 1st ~3rd d after inoculation.The bloody stool was discharged in the 5th ~7th d,most of bleeding stopped on the 7th d and chicken began to recover on the 8th d.The body weight gain in the 0~6th d after inoculation and the concn.of NO2-+NO3-,β-carotene before inoculation had no significant difference among 3 groups,while those indices in the 6th~9th d after inoculation all had the significant difference.The body weight gain and the concn.of plasma β-carotene in the 6th ~9th d and in the 0~9th after inoculation were decreased with the increasing of inoculation dose,while the concn.of NO2-+NO3 in plasma was increased with the increasing of inoculation dose.[Conclusion] These three indices could be taken as the research index for the disease resistance of Jinghai Yellow Chicken.
