| 摘 要： | 图书馆文化建设分为四个文化域,即物质文化,制度文化,精神文化和信息文化.图书馆物质文化的重心是物质资源的多样性和物质资源的动态平衡.图书馆制度建设是图书馆文化建设走向理性的标志,在文化理念和精神的完善上是不可缺少的.物质文化与信息文化在图书馆目前与未来的存在中是相互涵化、转变和一体同构的.图书馆的精神文化分为形象、道德、服务、职业精神、职业道德、价值观等方面.

| Abstract: | There're four"cultural ranges",e.g.material culture,system culture,spirit culture and information culture,in the culture construction of library.The core of library material culture is material variety and its movable balance.There's great significance in library system construction,which is the symbol of the library culture construction turning to reason.The construction of library systems is definitely necessary in the perfection of cultural concept and spirit.The material culture and information culture are containing each other,transforming and integrating in the present and future of library.The library psychological culture consists of image,morality,service,occupation spirit,occupation morality and value conception. |
